Pi-Star WiFi Builder RasPiOS - Bookworm and later

This is an experimental tool to create your "NetworkManager" profiles for use with Pi-Star.
New releases of Pi-Star run on RasPiOS Bookworm or later, these use NetworkManager rather than the
wpa_supplicant, this changes how the profiles are added and managed.
All you need to do is enter your SSID (this is the name of your Wireless Network) and
the matching PSK (this is the Pre-Shared Key, or Password) for this network, when you
hit "Submit" the generated config file will download to your computer.

If you require a config to connect to any available open network, leave the SSID and PSK
lines empty, the generated config will allow your Pi to connect to any available open network.

One key difference when using NetworkManager, is that you can create multiple profiles in seperate files,
and put them all onto the "Bootfs" volume, and the Raspberry Pi will connect to the available
configured network with the highest priority.

All you need to do then, is drop the output file onto the "Bootfs" volume of your Pi-Star SD
card - this will appear as you complete writing the SD Card.

Once the Pi-Star system boots up, it will add the config file for the WiFi and reboot.
